A simple way to collect your order from our Campbellfield warehouse. Follow the steps below, bring your Tax Invoice, and we will bring your items out to your vehicle.
How it works
Order online
Choose Click & Collect at checkout.
Wait for the ready email
We will notify you when your order is ready to collect.
Bring your Tax Invoice
Printed or digital is fine.
Park in a signed bay
Entry via Link Drive, Gate 1. Two bays are marked “Click & Collect”.
Ring the doorbell
The bell is beside the single door marked “Click & Collect”.
We bring your order out
Our team will verify your details and load your items.
Pickup details

What to bring
Please bring your Tax Invoice, printed or digital. Our team will verify your order and bring it out for you.
Frequently asked questions
When will my order be ready?
We will email you as soon as your items are picked and ready for collection. Please wait for the email before arriving.
How long do you hold orders?
We ask that you collect within 7 business days where possible. If you need more time, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Can someone else collect for me?
Yes. Please forward the Tax Invoice to the person collecting, and ensure their name is in the order notes or that they can quote the order number at pickup.
What happens if I arrive outside pickup hours?
Pickup is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm. If you arrive outside these hours, our team may not be available. Please visit during the stated times or contact us first.
