How To Use Your Points
You earn 10 points for every $1 you spend. At checkout you can redeem points like cash, 10 points = $1. Points and issued vouchers expire 180 days after the qualifying purchase.

Who can join?
Retail and approved trade customers. Sign in before you shop so points are recorded.
How do I earn points?
Earn 10 points for every $1 spent on eligible products when you are signed in. Shipping, taxes and gift cards do not earn points.
When are my points available?
Points appear after your order is confirmed. If an item is cancelled or refunded, the related points are removed.
How do I redeem?
Your points balance appears in cart and checkout. Choose how many to apply, your order total updates instantly.
Do points expire?
Yes, points and issued vouchers expire 180 days after the qualifying purchase.
Is there a minimum or maximum spend when redeeming?
Yes, the minimum spend when redeeming points is $50, and the maximum per redemption is $500.
Returned items
If you return items for a refund, points earned from that purchase are deducted. Points redeemed on a refunded order are returned when the refund is completed.
